When Todd Michaud moved back to California in 2001, he wasn’t sure what the future would hold. He took some courses in investing and a lender he met convinced him he should try out real estate as a career. He got his license, and soon found that decision to be an important one for the trajectory of his life. Todd has built a distinguished career from the ground up over sixteen years, and he couldn’t be happier with his job.
 
Todd has been performing top quality real estate service in the Greater Los Angeles since 2005. His customer service is his top priority, as he prioritizes longevity in his career and client satisfaction over short-term gain. “I work tirelessly to help my clients at the highest level. I ensure they win and I'm passionate about it,” Todd says. “They can see I love what I do and I always have their best interests at heart.” Todd does it all, from prepping houses to negotiating prices to managing multiple offers on listings, to give his clients the best experience possible. “My clients know they can count on me for honest, ethical, profitable advice. I’m extremely proud of this standard I’ve set in my life.”
 
When his clients come calling, Todd makes sure that his level of communication is consistently strong day in and day out. He keeps his phone on at all times, and strives to maintain a level of thoroughness in his explanations of real estate so that no client is ever left in the dark. “My availability and access to my client is really something unique. I’ve got no office line or assistants – when you call, you always get me,” Todd says. Todd also keeps in touch with clients through email and social media, and if someone wants to contact him, he responds in a timely fashion every time. 
 
Clients appreciate Todd’s grassroots approach, as he gets 75-90% of his business through repeats and referrals from satisfied customers each year. Todd loves being able to help people on a personal one-on-one basis, and working with clients has brought him a great deal of self-fulfillment. After spending time in sales, coaching, and business management, real estate has given Todd the life he always dreamed of, and he wants to use his talents and knowledge to make dreams come true for others as well. It hasn’t been easy, but Todd has overcome every challenge to get to where he is now, and it’s all been worth it.
 
When he isn’t working, Todd loves exploring the American Southwest. He loves traveling, eating good food, and checking out live music and comedy. He’s a big advocate for Veterans and homeless folks, and he does everything he can on a case-by-case basis to better people’s lives with dignity and respect. For the future, Todd hopes to continue furthering his education while helping other agents boost their own business, and mastering the art of the deal!
